iFAIMS

iFAIMS is the web based tool that provides access to queries and reports from the national database (Federal Aid Information Management System, FAIMS) used by the Division of Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR) in administering grant programs that provide for conservation of natural resources. The information contained in the database is collected from various documents submitted by grantees. The reports contain dynamic content that is updated within hours of being entered by WSFR staff.

A user id is not required to access queries and reports. Grantees may request additional access by contacting their WSFR Regional Office or for more information contact FAIMS.

Access reports:

National Summary of Accomplishments provides a list of accomplishments collected from performance reports submitted by grantees categorized by activities.

State Report provides a narrative description of grants awarded in a particular geopolitical area and grant program for a specific federal fiscal year.

Grant Agreement List With Costs lists grants awarded to entities geographically located within a specified State or Country which have ending dates within the specified date range.

Preliminary Apportionment Report provides a summary of the preliminary apportionment by state distributed to the subprograms within the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Acts. Distribution to subprograms is decided by each state according to mandates in the Acts.

Final Apportionment Report provides a summary of the preliminary and the final increment apportionments by state distributed to the subprograms within the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Acts. Distribution to subprograms is decided by each state according to mandates in the Acts.
