Application & Registration (DOI Applicants)
Using Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.7 (or higher), log in to DOI LEARN to self register for WSFR Program (Federal Assistance) courses.
Note: You should adjust your browser settings to enable cookies and Java. Clear your browser cache regularly. These adjustments make using DOI LEARN a better learning experience.

Cancellations: Notify NCTC of cancellations as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the course. After that date, applicants will be billed for the course whether or not they attend. Student substitutions may be made any time before the start of the course, except on courses requiring advance assessment or evaluation.
