Application & Registration (Non-DOI Applicants)

Search the Catalog to find a course you would like to apply for. Scroll down to select the "apply" button to fill out an online Course Enrollment Request Form and your application will be submitted via the guest registration of DOI LEARN.

Use this Printable Application Form if you are a Non-DOI applicant whose browser settings will not allow you to access DOI LEARN.

To avoid technical difficulties, adjust your IE Browser Settings. Read the DOI LEARN Interface Overview for additional information.

There are no course tuition costs or course materials fees for WSFR Training Program courses, however, the applicant's agency is responsible for expenses related to travel, lodging, and meals. See Course Cost.

Cancellations: Notify NCTC as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks before the course. After that date, applicants will be billed for NCTC lodging and meals costs whether or not they attend. Student substitutions may be made any time before the start of the course, except for courses requiring advance assessment or evaluation.
